What if your sellers don’t want to advertise due to privacy reasons? It is valid for a seller to not be keen on opening the doors of their home for everyone and anyone, but if they truly want to sell their property at peak value then they are going to want to reach the masses with their listing. As an agent, you need to highlight and quantify the benefits of advertising to your sellers, so that they understand the rewards outweigh the risks.
