Real Estate Tip – Getting A Buyer Representation Agreement Signed

Just like when you work with sellers, you should get an exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement signed as early as possible in your working relationship.

Back in April, we shared a video about buyer consultation presentations. Just like with sellers, meeting with buyers up front is about signing an exclusive representation agreement. You wouldn’t start work on selling a property for free, so why put in the time and effort with buyers unless you know you’ll get paid when the deal is done? By formally and professionally explaining your services and fees and signing a contract up front, you get security and your buyers understand what they’re paying for.

This video from the Leader’s Edge Virtual Training library is available for free until November 1, 2023.
