For many, prospecting is the most difficult part of selling real estate. That is why my students often ask what to do when potential buyers are on a DNCL.

My students often ask how they should maneuver around the Do Not Call list. First, you must always be call compliant. Cold calling doesn’t have to be your only method of prospecting.
