Nowadays it seems like everybody has a side hustle, but to succeed in real estate (and provide the best possible service) you have to be fully devoted to the job.
After working in real estate for most of my life, it almost offends me when part-timers ask me when they should give up their side hustle. In real estate, the client comes first and you can’t properly serve your clients while working two jobs.
