If properties are selling quickly in your market then how do you justify the value of your services?

It’s not uncommon for sellers to ask: “If it sells quickly, will you cut your commission?” It’s a fair question if you think about paying an hourly wage for services. But you get paid for results, not for the amount of time you work. If it sells fast and they get what they want (their price, their closing date, their pain-free process) then you’ve actually performed BETTER than expected.
