Seven Keys to Building a Better Mortgage Business in 2009

1.    Let everyone know that your business is built one successful client at a time, and you would offer the same level of quality service to everyone they send to you.

2.    Make sure you take care of all clients as if they feed, house and clothe you and they will.

3.    For every referral, even if it doesn’t work out, send a personal, handwritten thank you card to the person who sent you the referral. (more…)

Building New Relationships

February traditionally can be a quieter time on the calendar for the untrained professional. What I mean by that is, February is typically when most mortgage professionals are sitting on their hands waiting for the Spring market to kick in.
